Alan Cooper

Alan Cooper is an accomplished legal professional with significant experience in trademark law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP since April 2011, Alan Cooper designs and implements comprehensive trademark policing programs to safeguard intellectual property against infringement and dilution, successfully prosecuting over 30 civil actions related to counterfeit products. Additionally, Alan Cooper has contributed expertise as a member of the Advisory Board for Bloomberg BNA's Patent, Trademark & Copyright Journal since 1996 and has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University Law Center from 1985 to 1997. Alan Cooper holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University.
