Wesley Weeks

Wesley Weeks is an Intellectual Property Litigator at Wiley Rein LLP, where they represent pharmaceutical and technology companies in complex patent litigation and licensing disputes. Wesley has extensive experience, having served as lead counsel in a successful appeal before the Ninth Circuit and contributed to numerous trials and motions throughout their career. They also co-chair the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Litigation Non-Practicing Entity sub-committee and are a member of the Intellectual Property Executive Committee for the Federalist Society. Wesley received their Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude.
