Cid Kotti

Cid Kotti has extensive experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries. Currently, they hold the position of Director Human Resources at Wiley X, where they provide strategic leadership in various areas such as talent management, change management, training and development, and compensation. Prior to this, Cid worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CK Exec Paradigm and as Vice President Human Resources at Graebel Van Lines, LLC. They also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Pilot Thomas Logistics and Vice President Human Resources at MICA Steelworks. Cid has experience as a Human Resources Director at both Brightpoint and Bowne, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Nokia. They began their career as a Human Resources Manager at California Eastern Laboratories (CEL).

Cid Kotti completed a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco from 1997 to 1999.
