Alison Smith

Alison Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and environmental conservation. Currently serving as a Strategic Sales Manager and Digital Learning Executive at Wiley since February 2016, Alison collaborates with instructors to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions using Wiley and Knewton Alta products. Previously, Alison held the position of Account Manager for Education Solutions at the Washington State Department of Ecology, and served as a Crew Supervisor, guiding a Conservation Corps team in completing restoration projects. With earlier roles as a Client Care Coordinator at Catholic Community Services and Project Manager at The Nature Conservancy, Alison has a strong foundation in project coordination and interagency collaboration. Alison began a career in education as a high school teacher in St. Mary's County, MD, specializing in Earth-Space Science, Civics, and Spanish. Alison earned a Master's degree in Environmental Studies from The Evergreen State College and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
