Allison Davis

Allison Davis is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in people delivery and colleague relations, particularly in the APAC region. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Delivery & Colleague Relations at Wiley since May 2022, Davis previously held several senior roles, including Employee Relations Director for APAC. Prior to joining Wiley, a diverse tenure at iMedX Australia & New Zealand included positions as Human Resource Director and Human Resources Consultant. Davis's background also features significant leadership roles at Assurant and The Warranty Group, where positions ranged from Human Resources Director to General Manager, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge in human resources management and operational risk.
