Amy Weaver

Amy Weaver, CHRL/PPCC, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at House of Friendship since October 2015, focusing on fostering a healthy community. In addition, Amy has been a part-time faculty member at the School of Business - Continuing Education at Conestoga College since August 2021. As a Certified LPI Coach with The Leadership Challenge®, Amy utilizes the Leadership Practices Inventory to enhance leadership effectiveness. Also, since July 2013, Amy has operated Amy Weaver, Professional and Personal Coaching Services, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve goals through authentic engagement. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Advisor role at North Wellington Healthcare and Groves Memorial Community Hospital and a Human Resources Generalist/Benefits Specialist position at The Co-operators. Amy's educational background includes certifications in coaching and human resources, along with ongoing training as a facilitator in The Leadership Challenge.
