Andrew Schwartz

Andrew Schwartz is a seasoned security architect with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Staff Security Architect at Wiley since May 2021, Andrew is responsible for overseeing security objectives in a companywide platform redesign and ensuring compliance with government regulations through effective communication between vendors and internal technical teams. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Solution Architect at Atypon from May 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included assessing technical requirements and developing feature prototypes for a scholarly publishing platform, notably managing a successful onboarding team of software engineers and architects. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.
