April Rodd is currently the Editor in Chief at Wiley, where they previously served as an Associate Editor and Deputy Editor. Rodd completed a Ph.D. in Pathobiology from Brown University, where they also held two postdoctoral researcher positions that focused on environmental impacts of nanomaterials and developmental biology in zebrafish. They began their academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Pathobiology and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from the University of Connecticut, where they also worked as a Research Assistant. Additionally, Rodd has experience as a Teaching Assistant and has developed and instructed courses for pre-college students on topics related to environmental toxicology and neurovascular physiology.
