Cheng Li

Cheng Li is a seasoned professional in global people operations, specializing in HR strategy and employee benefits across the APAC region, including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. They began their career as an HR Assistant at VLME from 2012 to 2014, and later progressed to roles such as HRBP at Guang Hui Group and HR Operation Officer at OxfordAQA, before becoming a Senior People Solution Consultant at Wiley in 2021. In their current role, Cheng leads employee issue resolution and collaborates with business stakeholders to enhance organizational efficiency and streamline processes.
