Cheryl Haley

Cheryl Haley is a Senior Program Coordinator and Archives Specialist at Wiley since December 2019, where contributions have led to a 122% increase in performance from FY 2021-2022 to FY 2022-2023, particularly in the Americas market. Prior to Wiley, Cheryl served as a Sales Enablement Specialist and Schools Team Lead at Gale-Cengage Learning from 2004 to 2019, playing a key role in launching a new department and managing successful win-back campaigns that generated over $700K in new orders. Additionally, Cheryl worked as an Academic Account Manager, focusing on growing and maintaining high-revenue accounts with academic libraries.
