Chris Snyder is a seasoned professional in online education and instructional design with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Program Strategy Manager and previously as Program Development Manager at the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons, Chris has extensive expertise in collaborating with graduate school faculty and administration to develop online courses and support resources. Prior experience includes leading instructional design efforts at Pearson Embanet, managing relationships with academic partners, and overseeing course development and accreditation. Chris's career began at Western Carolina University, where roles ranged from Director of Online Learning and Support to Coordinator of the Student Technology Assistance Center.
