Cory Margand

Cory Margand is a seasoned professional in the logistics and technology sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at SeaClear since January 2022, specializing in tech consulting, M&A advisory, and venture capital. Margand holds investment and advisory roles at Daisyloop and N4EA, and has been involved with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals as an advisor since May 2022. A co-author of "Digitizing the Logistics Industry," Margand co-founded and served as President of Draying.io until April 2024 and was previously COO of Magaya Corporation. Margand was also the Co-Founder and CEO of SimpliShip, a company focused on enhancing international logistics procurement, which was acquired by Magaya. Cory's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Design & Leadership from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master's in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College. Mentor experience includes roles at Techstars and the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.
