Dan Willms

Dan Willms is a seasoned consultant currently associated with The Strategic Leadership Group and FlashPoint Leadership Consulting since 2024 and 2019, respectively. In addition, Willms serves as an MBA Professor at Ftec Faculdades and as a TLC Facilitator for The Leadership Challenge®, A Wiley Brand. Previously, Willms held the position of Director at BeLider Brasil and President at Daily Granite, Inc. A Six Sigma Black Belt from Tyco Electrical and Metal Products, Willms managed projects across Brazil, training Green Belts for South American plants. Early career roles included Manager for International Affairs at Movelbras, Coordinador Pedagogico at WIZARD IDIOMAS, and a Full Time Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Willms holds a Professional Coach degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edison State Community College, and studied Journalism at UCS - University of Caxias do Sul.
