David Dowling

David Dowling is an accomplished professional in learning design and change management, currently serving as a Change Management Learning Designer at Wiley since September 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Learning Design Manager at Wiley University Services from October 2021 to September 2023, and was a Principal Learning Experience Designer at Sponge from October 2018 to October 2021. With a career that began in freelance copywriting and digital learning design from 2006 to 2018, David has also contributed to notable companies such as Blast Radius, Palgrave Macmillan, Centaur Media Plc, TH_NK, LINE Communications, and the BBC. David holds a Master’s degree in Creative Writing from Lancaster University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
