David Peralta

David Peralta is an experienced editor in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Editor-in-Chief of ChemMedChem at Wiley-VCH since September 2014, following earlier roles as Managing Editor and Associate Editor within the same publication. David has a strong editorial background, having contributed as an Associate Editor for several journals, including ChemistryOpen and ChemistrySelect. Prior to his role at Wiley-VCH, David completed a Ph.D. in Biosciences at Heidelberg University and conducted research at the dkfz - German Cancer Research Center. David also has a solid foundation in education, having served as an Assistant Instructor and Lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University, where teaching responsibilities included General Chemistry and Biochemistry. David holds multiple degrees from Ateneo de Manila University, including a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
