Dilshan Silva

Dilshan Silva began their career as a Software Engineer and, after four years, was promoted to Project Leader. They transitioned into ICT management at Ceylinco Finance PLC before taking on the role of Project Manager at Sarasa Softsolutions (Pvt.) Ltd. and then served as Lead Consultant Delivery at Virtusa (Pvt.) Ltd. Dilshan is currently a Senior Incident Manager at Wiley Global Technology (Pvt.) Ltd., with extensive experience in managing significant national projects in Sri Lanka. They hold an MBA and several professional certifications, including a Project Management Professional designation.
