Dimuthu Lakmal

Dimuthu Lakmal is a technical specialist with a strong background in software engineering and service automation. Currently employed at Wiley since December 2024, Lakmal has previously served as a senior software engineer at promiseQ, where responsibilities included guiding technical strategy and developing robust microservices. Lakmal has experience as an application performance engineer, focusing on system reliability and performance, and also has a proven track record as a freelance developer skilled in various technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and Go. In addition to practical experience, Lakmal is pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Moratuwa, building on a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing.
