Donna Cutting

Donna Cutting, CSP, is an accomplished entrepreneur and author, currently serving as the Founder of The Red Carpet Culture Club since September 2022 and as the Founder & CEO of Red-Carpet Learning Systems since July 1999. Cutting is recognized for authoring several influential books, including "Employees First! Inspire, Engage, and Focus on the Heart of Your Organization," published by Career Press in March 2022, and "501 Ways to Roll Out the Red Carpet for Your Customers," alongside contributions to CEOWORLD magazine as an opinion columnist. Additionally, Cutting authored "The Celebrity Experience: Insider Secrets to Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service" with Wiley. Previous experience includes serving as an Intergenerational Consultant at Neighborly Care Network, where innovative programs for elders and youth were developed. Educational qualifications include a BA in Theater and Communications from Bridgewater State University, obtained from 1985 to 1989, and a diploma from Bishop Stang High School, completed between 1980 and 1984.
