Ellen Decker

Ellen Decker, MBA, serves as President of NobleVision Human Capital, Inc. since September 2007, focusing on consulting services in talent acquisition, development, and retention. As an Authorized Partner and Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and Everything DiSC® A Wiley Brand, Ellen provides expertise in team dynamics and individual assessments. Previously, Ellen held the position of Managing Partner at Woodland Management, Inc., where responsibilities included managing operations for medical practices and recruiting staff. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Manager at SuperThought, Inc., and First Vice President at INB (now Chase), responsible for retail deposit product management. Ellen holds an MBA and a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
