Ellen Grady

Ellen Grady is a seasoned professional in operations and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in UX Operations at Wiley since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ellen was the Assistant Director of Operations for Global Degree and Executive Education Programs at NYU Stern School of Business from April 2019 to September 2022. Ellen’s career also includes experience as the Assistant Director of Admissions Events at Stevens Institute of Technology and as a Program Assistant at Montclair State University. Earlier roles include Assistant Director of Admissions at Neumann University and a Human Resources Intern Coordinator at Comcast-Spectacor, where responsibilities included recruiting interns for multiple sports teams. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Psychology from Rowan University, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Neumann University.
