Georges Samara

Georges Samara currently serves as a Visiting Associate Professor at the American University of Beirut and as a Global Research Champion at Successful Transgenerational Entrepreneurship Practices (STEP). With extensive experience as Editor in Chief for **Business Ethics: A European Review** and as a researcher in family business studies and corporate social responsibility, Georges engages in rigorous research involving literature review, theory building, and data collection using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Previous academic positions include Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the University of Sharjah and the American University of Beirut, respectively. An active contributor to the Global University Entrepreneurial Spirit Students' Survey and former President of the ESADE Doctoral Society, Georges holds multiple degrees including a Ph.D. in Business Governance with a focus on family business succession planning from Esade.
