Halgard Staesche

Halgard Staesche is an experienced professional in the field of materials physics and chemistry, holding a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen, earned between 1998 and 2002. Halgard served as a Postdoc at the University of Muenster from April 2003 to June 2006, focusing on the investigation of ion movement in glasses using radioactive tracers and also fulfilled the role of safety officer for the Department of Physical Chemistry. Subsequently, Halgard worked as a Postdoc at Philipps University of Marburg in Germany from June 2006 to July 2010, conducting research on ion movement in amorphous solids using electrochemical methods. Since February 2011, Halgard has been serving as Deputy Editor at Wiley VCH.
