Janet Hoffmann

Janet Hoffmann, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as the President of HR Aligned Design since January 2010 and is an authorized partner and facilitator for Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, providing specialized training and assessment resources. Janet has held significant leadership roles within New York City SHRM, including multiple terms as Co-President and contributions to the annual HR conference. Janet's industry experience includes positions such as Chief People Officer at BR Guest and Vice President of Human Resources at Morton's The Steakhouse, with extensive involvement in hospitality and organizational development dating back to 1979. Academic credentials include a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University and additional studies at Georgetown University.
