Customer Success Manager

Jeff Dougherty is a highly experienced professional in scholarly publishing and customer success management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Wiley since May 2022, Jeff focuses on maximizing value for academic and research institutions, particularly regarding Wiley Open Access publishing. Previously, Jeff was a Solutions/Customer-Success Specialist at Clarivate Analytics, where key responsibilities included promoting scientific discovery databases like Web of Science. Prior to that, Jeff held roles at Digital Science - Symplectic as an Academic Solutions Specialist, and at Thomson Reuters in various capacities, including Relationship Manager and Manager of Strategic Global Solutions Development. Jeff began a career at the Institute for Scientific Information as a Senior Editor. Educationally, Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Library Science from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from Juniata College.
