Jonathan Shaver

Jonathan Shaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, change management, and team development. With a tenure at Envision Partners, LLC since September 2010 as a Group Facilitator and Leadership Coach, Jonathan specializes in helping individuals and organizations realize their visions. Jonathan is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, enhancing organizational change initiatives, and holds certifications as a facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Everything DiSC assessments. As an authorized distributor for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Jonathan fosters team self-awareness and collaboration. Previously, Jonathan served as a Biology Professor at North Hennepin Community College and an Agronomy Professor at Oklahoma State University, along with a role as a Research Scientist at Monsanto Company. Jonathan earned a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Plant Genetics from the University of Minnesota and holds degrees in Plant Breeding and Genetics and Agronomy and Chemistry from the same institution and The Ohio State University.
