Josh Barrett is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in driving productivity and effectiveness within engineering teams. As a Senior Director at Wiley since April 2018, Josh has focused on enhancing engineering excellence, implementing automation solutions, and leading AI innovation initiatives. Previously, Josh directed multiple engineering teams in a global context and introduced innovation-focused events to foster collaboration. Earlier roles at ADP involved significant contributions to document management initiatives and infrastructure scalability, while previous experience at Micro Strategies included consulting on content management solutions for various industries.
