Juan Moreira

Juan Moreira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and sourcing within corporate environments. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance and ESG at Wiley since September 2011, Juan leads initiatives in compliance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Previous roles at Wiley include Director of Corporate Sourcing, where Juan reorganized the global sourcing structure and collaborated with various departments to enhance sourcing processes, and Corporate Sourcing Manager, overseeing a team focused on indirect category sourcing. Juan's career began with Guy Carpenter as a Purchasing Coordinator and included military service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where logistics and supply management were key responsibilities. Juan holds a BBA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
