Ken Potuznik

Ken Potuznik has a robust background in account management and publishing, with over three decades of experience in the media and food quality sectors. Potuznik began his career as a Senior Account Manager at Putman Media from August 1987 to May 1993, then continued in a similar role at Cahners Business Information until November 2001. Since then, Potuznik has been serving as the Associate Publisher for Food Quality Magazine at John Wiley and Sons, where the publication focuses on quality assurance, safety, and security in the food and beverage industry. Potuznik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which was completed between 1972 and 1977.
