Leila Afshari

Leila Afshari, PhD, currently serves as the Academic Director-Quality at RMIT University and is involved in various roles including Academic Board Member and Senior Lecturer. Additionally, Leila co-leads the Gender Equity and Organisations Theme at the Centre for Organisations and Social Change. As a Visiting Professor at G R D Institute of Management and an Associate Editor for the Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Leila also actively participates in editorial boards for prominent journals. Previous academic positions include Honorary Senior Lecturer and School Director-Graduate Research at La Trobe University. Leila's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Business from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology. Engagements with initiatives like the Harmony Alliance focus on supporting migrant and refugee women.
