Lisa Hagy

Lisa Hagy, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Business Development and Manager of Select Services at John Wiley and Sons since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team of account managers to provide HR assessment solutions and setting goals for the group. Previously, Lisa held the position of Lead Implementation Strategist at John Wiley and Sons, establishing and nurturing relationships with partner clients. From July 2008 to April 2015, Lisa worked as a Senior Strategic Account Manager, assisting major global clients with HR solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and various volunteer positions with the US Army's Family Readiness Group from January 1997 to March 2005. Lisa earned an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BSBM in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as an AA&S in Business Administration from Pierce College.
