Lynne Kaplan is an experienced organizational development professional with a focus on leadership development and team cohesion. Since January 1983, Lynne has been self-employed, developing leaders and their organizations. As an Authorized Partner for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team since April 2014, Lynne facilitates assessments based on the best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Additionally, Lynne has been an Organizational Development Consultant for the NCAA since 1997, contributing to workshops and initiatives like the prevention of sexual assault in higher education. Past consulting roles include developing customer service training for the New York New Jersey Super Bowl Host Committee and collaborating with various organizations, including the NFL and Walt Disney World. Lynne holds an MBA in Human Resources from Rollins College and a BA in Communications from Simmons University.
