Lyssa Vanderbeek

Lyssa Vanderbeek has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Lyssa began their career in 2001 at Aplia, where they worked as a Research Analyst, Customer Support Manager, and later as a Product Manager. In 2007, they joined Cengage Learning, holding positions as a Product Manager, Manager of Product Development, and Director of Program Management. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Inkling as a Product Manager. Lyssa then moved to Macmillan, where they served as a Senior Product Manager and Director of Products at Skyfactor. In 2016, they joined EduNav as a Senior Director of Product Management. In 2018, they transitioned to zyBooks as a Senior Director of Product Management until 2019. Currently, since 2019, they are with Wiley, where they hold the position of VP, Technology, Engineering & Careers.

Lyssa Vanderbeek has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Whitman College. Lyssa also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In addition, Lyssa has obtained a certification in Negotiation & Influence from UC Berkeley Executive Education in June 2021.
