Mark Labrum MCICM is currently the GPO, Sr. Director - Credit & Collections at Wiley, where they previously held the position of Director, Credit - EMEA. With extensive experience in the publishing industry, Mark has a strong background in finance, particularly in negotiation, cash flow management, and credit control. Earlier in their career, they worked in various roles at ADT Fire & Security and served in the Royal Navy as a Weapons Engineering Mechanic. Mark holds 8 GCSEs, including English, Maths, and Business Studies from Horndean Secondary School.
