Martha Legare

Martha Legare, MBA, PMP, CMP, EMCC Coach, serves as the Executive Leadership Coach and Managing Director at Gantt Group, Inc. since January 1995, where the focus is on assisting leaders and organizations in implementing meaningful change flexibly and responsively. Additionally, Martha has been an Authorized Partner with Wiley since 1996, delivering a variety of assessments and workshops, including Everything DiSC and Lencioni's Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. As a Senior Consultant at Mercer since 2017, Martha specializes in designing workshops on organization change and team development. Martha also contributed as Chair of the Board of Directors and Board Member for the Organization Change Alliance from 2012 to 2015, leading significant digital improvements during a transformative period. Martha's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Project Management Mentors from 1988 to 1994, focusing on project management training and consulting. Educational qualifications include an MBA from John F. Kennedy University and a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Guilford College.
