Matthew Rhoades is an experienced professional in human resources and people analytics, currently serving as the People Insights Manager at Wiley since September 2021. In this role, Matthew collaborates with Executive Leadership Teams, HR Business Partners, and Business Unit Leaders to assess performance and develop actionable strategies based on key performance indicators. Prior to Wiley, Matthew held positions including Human Resources Analytics Manager at Charter Communications, where project management processes were established for data projects, and Human Resource Business Partner at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, where global HR processes were designed and implemented. Additional experience includes organizational consulting at PeopleFirm and an internship focusing on people analytics at Avanade. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
