Melissa Clasper

Melissa Clasper is currently a Publisher in the Life Sciences team at Wiley, where they lead the editorial and strategic development of a portfolio of journals. Their previous experience includes a role as an Open Access Engagement Officer at the University of Liverpool, where they advocated for open research and supported researchers in navigating open access policies. Melissa has a background in various customer-facing roles, honing their communication and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments. They hold a BSc (Hons) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Liverpool and have demonstrated a strong commitment to conservation and sustainability outside their professional endeavors.
