Natasha Dejesus

Natasha DeJesus is an experienced professional with over a decade at Wiley, currently serving as Director of Instructional Design & Learning Strategy. Key achievements include launching the Editorial Learning Essentials department and developing strategic training programs that enhance operational excellence. Natasha has also played a vital role in promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, notably crafting a DE&I solution with a major healthcare client. As a previous Bill Pence Innovation Fellow, Natasha earned a Certificate in Intrapreneurship from Cornell University, further enhancing skills in leading teams through change. Earlier in their career, Natasha successfully advanced through various sales and management roles, consistently recognized for outstanding performance and contributions.
