Özge Süfer is currently a Review Editor for Frontiers and serves as an editorial board member for multiple journals, including the International Journal of Food Science and ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences. Özge held the position of Doçent Doktor at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University from 2018 to 2022 and has extensive experience in food engineering, specializing in gluten-free products. They earned a doctorate in Food Engineering from Mersin University in 2018, following a master's degree from Ege University. Özge has also participated in the Socrates Erasmus Program as a visiting student at Justus-Liebig-University Giessen.
