Rajeev Mahendru

Rajeev Mahendru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, innovation, and architecture. Currently serving as the Principal of Digital Strategy and Innovation at Wiley since August 2013, Rajeev harnesses opportunities from the evolving EdTech startup ecosystem to accelerate innovation. Previously, Rajeev held the position of Director of Digital Transformation & Architecture at Wiley, where a technology convergence strategy was established for key business operations. Before joining Wiley, Rajeev was the VP of Architecture & Strategy at Marsh from 2005 to August 2013, leading a strategic initiative to introduce a new brokerage platform and receiving a patent for improving efficiencies in risk brokerage processes. Rajeev’s early career includes roles as a Product Development Executive in the financial services sector and Software Engineer at Fujitsu ICIM. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology.
