Ray Rowlings

Ray Rowlings is the Founder and Director of MRJ Consulting Services Ltd, established in June 2000, which specializes in management consultancy and training, particularly in management, leadership, and organizational development, and is a CMI Approved Centre for Professional Qualifications. Rowlings is also an Authorized Partner for The Five Behaviors™ and offers personal and team development training solutions, as well as serving as an Independent Apprenticeship Assessor for the Chartered Management Institute since October 2000. Additionally, Rowlings is an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer for Everything DiSC®, focusing on enhancing workplace communication and relationships. Previous roles include serving as a personal tutor at Henley Business School, an Associate Lecturer at the Open University Business School, and management consultant at ABB. Rowlings holds an MBA in Technology Management from The Open University Business School.
