Renee Harness is a seasoned leadership professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Since July 2006, Renee has served as a Certified Master with The Leadership Challenge®, a Wiley Brand, and has held the position of Founder and CEO at Harness Leadership since February 2013, focusing on cultivating leadership cultures within organizations. As Managing Partner at Third Eye Leadership and a Contributing Author for Wiley Publishing, Renee has contributed significantly to leadership literature, including the “Leadership Practices Inventory Action Cards” and various e-learning materials. Previous roles include board memberships with the Fletcher Place Neighborhood Association and Primary Colours, as well as serving as an OD Consultant at Roche Diagnostics and Director of Talent Management & Development at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Renee holds a Master of Science in Sociology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Truman State University.
