Sajid Anwar

Sajid Anwar serves as an Associate Editor for Computers and Electrical Engineering at Elsevier since August 2022 and holds a position as Academic Editor for PLOS ONE from July 2023. Sajid has been a faculty member at IMSciences since August 2008, progressing through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, and now Professor, while engaging in teaching and research. Additionally, Sajid is the International Chair for the International Conference on Information Technology and Applications since September 2021 and has been an Associate Editor for the Expert Systems Journal at Wiley since April 2018. Recent editorial responsibilities also include a role at Network: Computation in Neural Systems from August to December 2023. Prior teaching experience includes a lecturer position at the University of Peshawar from March 2001 to December 2003. Sajid Anwar earned a Ph.D. in Computer Software Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, completing these degrees in 2011 and 2007, respectively.
