Sam Crowe

Sam Crowe is currently the Director of the EMEA Customer Success team within Wiley's research division, having previously contributed as Associate Director in developing the Customer Success team and managing complex agreements across various regions. They held multiple positions at John Wiley and Sons, including Senior Manager of Digital Product Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager, where they focused on promoting innovative digital products for scientific and academic communities. Sam's earlier experience includes a role as an Internal Sales Representative at Western Wireless and Game Tester at Nintendo. They are currently pursuing academic studies at the University of Warwick.
