Sofia K.

Sofia K. is a UX Researcher Lead Specialist with extensive experience in digital user experience, currently operating within Wiley's unified UX Research Product & Market Strategy Team and the Atypon Design Studio. With a focus on understanding researchers and practitioners, Sofia advocates for solutions that address their challenges while supporting the Atypon Experience Platform and other internal tools. Previous roles include Service Designer at The Co-operative Bank plc, Senior Design Researcher at STBY and Reach Network, where collaboration on national and international projects was key, and work in Rights & Licensing at SAGE Publishing, where Sofia promoted continuous improvement and mentored interns. Educational qualifications include an MA in Publishing from UCL and a BA (Hons) in Theology and Languages from The University of Manchester.
