Sruthi Samudrala is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in driving digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives, particularly in People Technology. Currently serving as the Director of Application Engineering in People Technology at Wiley, Sruthi has successfully led a global Workday implementation project and established a comprehensive HR technology roadmap. They have extensive leadership experience across various companies, including senior roles at MKS Instruments, Fresenius Medical Care North America, and Bose Corporation. Sruthi holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kakatiya University.
