Stefan Chirila

Stefan Chirila is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Wiley since August 2023, Stefan previously held the same position at Mambu from January 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Stefan worked as a Scrum Master at E.ON, where responsibilities included leading a multi-national team in application maintenance and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. With a long tenure at Amdocs from September 2005 to June 2018, Stefan held diverse roles such as Development Group Leader, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Developer, contributing to major Telco projects for clients like Vodafone and AT&T. Early career experience includes software development at MIND CTI. Stefan holds an MSc in Computational Optimization and a BSc in Computer Science from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
