Stephen Foster has extensive experience in systems development, currently serving as the Director of Systems Development at John Wiley and Sons since September 1989. Prior to this role, Stephen was an Analyst/Programmer at the City & County of Swansea from 1985 to 1989. Stephen's education includes studies at Tycoch Technical College.
