Susan McKeever, MBA, serves as the Founding Vice President of Corporate Work Study at Cristo Rey Orange County High School since December 2022. As President of Susan McKeever Consulting since June 2015, Susan partners with organizations to develop effective people strategies that align with business objectives. An Authorized Partner for "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team" and "Everything DiSC," Susan facilitates team development workshops. Previous roles include Learning and Development Consultant at Silverado Care, Small Business Owner at Precious Imprints, and Senior Manager of Professional Development at Fluor, where notable achievements included leading a global performance management system implementation. Susan holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
