Tirone Lorence

Tirone Lorence is an Associate Software Engineer at Wiley Sri Lanka since March 2022, specializing in microservices development within the Wiley Efficient Learning and Australian Schools teams, with a strong background in Java, ReactJS, and Thymeleaf. Prior to this role, Tirone gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Virtusa from February 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities included full-stack development using Java Spring Boot and Angular, enhancing production grade applications, and managing application deployment to Linux Servers as well as migrating applications to AWS Cloud Servers. Tirone holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Software Engineering) from SLIIT, which was completed in 2022, and has prior education in CIMA and at St. Anthony's College Kandy.
