Weijen Chang

Weijen Chang is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in pediatric hospital medicine and quality improvement. Currently serving as an Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs/Quality and Safety at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Weijen also holds the position of Director of Pediatric Residency Research and Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Baystate Health. As Editor In Chief of The Hospitalist at Wiley, Weijen contributes to the medical literature, having previously served as Pediatric Editor. Weijen's career has included roles at prestigious institutions such as Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego, UC San Diego Health System, Dartmouth-Hitchcock, and Massachusetts General Hospital. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University, along with training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Duke University and the University of Oxford.
